1. The first consideration is the machine. Each brand uses different dies, and the varying plasticizing parameters lead to differences in blown film quality. Taiwanese dies are the best choice, followed by Ruian dies, which are also quite good. Therefore, special attention should be paid when purchasing equipment, ideally testing the machine before delivery. This allows both experienced buyers and beginners to assess the machine's quality, ensuring its reliability in future use.
2. Next is the raw material formulation. Taking PE bags as an example, the basic formula is 1:4. Based on experience, domestic 2001 PVC generally produces poor blown film quality, often resulting in a hazy appearance. 7042 PVC produces good results, but the opening of very thin bags is not ideal. If your customers have strict requirements, imported 218 PVC is recommended, as it has better transparency.
3. A skilled operator is crucial in blown film production. Even with average raw materials or machines, a good film can still be achieved. In all aspects of bag making, a good craftsman can save you a lot of trouble and reduce costs.
