The screw design was modified, increasing the thread pitch between screws to ensure thorough plasticizing and melting within the barrel during heating. A variable diameter design technically increases the screw's lifespan. High-strength 38CrMoAlA material enhances the overall machine performance.
Barrel: The barrel is constructed from 45# steel, precision-machined and quenched for high hardness and good wear and corrosion resistance. A slot of a specific size is provided at the feed end for easy feeding.
Heating System: The heating system consists of heating coils distributed around the outside of the barrel, uniformly heating and plasticizing the material inside. Temperature is automatically adjusted via instruments on the electrical cabinet.
Cooling Fan: To maintain stable barrel temperature, a cooling fan is added at the bottom of the barrel. Automatic temperature control ensures cooling when the temperature is too high, increasing barrel temperature stability.
Die Head: To prevent insufficient flowability due to temperature drop, which could hinder extrusion, the extruded plastic is designed with cooling fans in place. A heating coil with a specific power was added to the outside of the die head to ensure a full and consistent output. Furthermore, the discharge port on the die head is a parallel 15-hole type, increasing the output and production speed. The die head structure is a parallel extrusion head, threadedly connected to the barrel, saving time and effort when changing the screen.
Pelletizing System: After being cooled by the cooling system, the strip material enters the pelletizer for tumbling and cutting into pellets for easy packaging. The pelletizer is equipped with a rolling feed roller, driven by a motor, which automatically conveys the material into the machine body, where rolling blades cut it.
