The raw materials are LLDPE and LDPE. The operating temperature is 160-180 degrees Celsius; for HDPE, it's 210-230 degrees Celsius. The three most important factors for the operation of a blown film machine are: 1. Temperature (machine temperature and room temperature); 2. the auger; and 3. the cooling system.
