Working Principle: A blown film machine is a mechanical device that heats and melts plastic particles and then blows them into a thin film.

 

Production Process and Principle: Dry polyethylene particles are added to the hopper and, by their own weight, enter the screw. When the particles come into contact with the inclined plane of the screw, the rotating inclined plane generates a thrust perpendicular to the inclined plane, pushing the plastic particles forward. During this process, due to friction between the plastic and the screw, between the plastic and the barrel, and collisions between the particles, as well as external heating of the barrel, the plastic gradually melts. The molten plastic is filtered through the die head to remove impurities and exits from the die head. After being cooled by the air ring, inflated, and passed through the herringbone plate, traction rollers, and wound up, the finished film is rolled into a cylinder.
