1. Preparation

Before operating the blown film machine, ensure all components are functioning properly, such as the motor, heater, and mold. Check that the power supply, air supply, and cooling water supply are complete and functioning correctly.

2. Raw Material Preparation

Prepare the appropriate plastic raw materials according to production needs, and mix them evenly according to the formula ratio, ensuring the raw materials are dry and free of impurities.

3. Starting the Equipment

Connect the power supply, start the blown film machine, and adjust the motor speed to meet production requirements. Simultaneously, turn on the heater and adjust the temperature to the appropriate range.

4. Feeding and Melting

When the mold temperature is suitable, feed the raw material into the extruder. The raw material melts under high temperature and pressure, and passes through a filter into the die head. Maintain the flowability and uniformity of the raw material during the process.

5. Blown Film and Traction

After the raw material melts, it forms a thin film through the die head. Turn on the blown film machine to allow air to enter the film and adhere it tightly to the traction roller. Adjust the traction roller speed to ensure the film thickness meets the standard.

6. Winding and Cutting

The drawn film enters the winding device, and after winding, it is cut using the cutting device.  Quality Inspection of the Wound Film (e.g., thickness, width)

7. Shutdown and Cleaning

After production is complete, stop the machine, turn off the heater, and clean the equipment after it has cooled down. Take precautions to avoid burns or other accidents.
