The Mono-Layer Mini Plastic Film Blowing Machine is built for workshops that need straightforward film production without the floor space or operating complexity of a multilayer line. Its compact vertical layout combines extrusion, bubble formation, collapsing, haul-off and winding on one frame, allowing the operator to observe the complete film path from one working area.
Plastic resin is melted by the extruder and delivered to a circular die, where air forms the material into a tubular film bubble. The collapsing frame gradually flattens the bubble, while the upper nip rollers pull the film at a controlled speed. After passing through the guide section, the flattened film is collected by the front winding unit for subsequent printing, cutting or bag-making processes.
This machine is intended for simple mono-layer film structures. Depending on the confirmed screw, die and temperature configuration, it may be set up for suitable polyethylene grades used in lightweight bags, liners, sleeves and general-purpose packaging film. The raised platform and access ladder assist with film threading, adjustment and inspection around the upper haul-off section. A separate electrical cabinet brings the main operating controls together in one location. Final film width, thickness range, output, resin compatibility, power supply and optional devices should be confirmed according to the selected machine specification.

Main Machine Frame
The welded steel frame supports the extrusion, film-guiding, haul-off and winding sections. Its vertical arrangement makes use of machine height while keeping the overall footprint relatively compact.
Extruder Drive Assembly
A motor and transmission assembly can be seen at the lower left side. It supplies power to the extrusion screw, which melts, mixes and conveys the plastic material toward the die.
Collapsing Frame
The adjustable slatted structure in the middle gradually converts the inflated tubular bubble into a flattened film tube. Correct alignment helps reduce wrinkles and uneven tracking.
