Dual-line Unwinding & Tension Control Unit
Controlling the tension of the membrane material and correcting lateral deviation ensures that the membrane material is fed smoothly, at a uniform speed, and precisely into the subsequent bottom sealing and cutting station.
Bottom heat-sealing and heat-cutting unit
For double-layer plastic films continuously conveyed via paths A and B, the heat-sealing of the bag bottom and the fixed-length melting and cutting are completed simultaneously.
Hand-held punching
The vest-style handle cutout outline is precisely stamped at the bag opening, and excess material in the middle is simultaneously removed.
Automatic film sealing and packaging
The system automatically wraps the neatly stacked finished vest bags according to a set quantity, performs PE packaging film application, end heat sealing, and cutting.
