The three-servo non-stretch cold-cut bag making machine is designed for producing high-quality flat bags and is perfectly compatible with thickened HDPE, LDPE, and LLDPE film materials.
This equipment employs a three-servo control system and utilizes dual-servo non-stretch feeding technology to ensure precise bag dimensions and prevent film deformation during production. It is equipped with pneumatic feeding, a high-pressure ironing cooling plate, an air-blowing auxiliary discharge device, and servo-controlled ironing and flying knives, achieving strong and uniform sealing and smooth, burr-free edges.
This series includes six models from JH-BM800C to JH-BM1600C, supporting bag widths of 200-1550mm, bag lengths of 400-3000mm, and film thicknesses of 0.035-0.20mm, with a stable production speed of 20-80 bags per minute. Bottom sealing mechanism
The double-layer film is thermo-pressed and fused at a constant temperature to form a strong bag bottom seal.

Pneumatic tension unwinding
As production progresses and the film roll diameter gradually decreases, the system automatically matches the unwinding speed and tension to maintain consistent film material tension throughout the process.

Photoelectric color mark sensor
The system accurately identifies the printed color marks on the film surface (the green bars in the image are the positioning color marks), sends positioning signals to the servo control system in real time, and dynamically corrects the feeding length to ensure that the action positions of the heat sealing and cold cutting stations precisely correspond to each set of printed patterns.
